FirstService Residential is Hiring a Maintenance/Janitorial Near Maitland, FL
- Performs routine walking inspections of floors in order to identify problems and report them to supervisors.
- Maintains work equipment in good working condition.
- Performs maintenance repairs in the common areas such as drywall, carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other general areas.
- Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work.
- While following safety procedures, performs casual labor (e.g., such as moving heavy items) as directed by supervisors.
- Pay ranges: $16/Hour
- Schedules: FT;8:00AM - 4:30PM
